Due to my extensive experience in training and consultation I can utilize a network of expert trainers and coaches. Diverse training requirements with regard to the content, time frame, and location can be met due to this network of competent trainers and coaches. Close co-operation, and extensive exchange of ideas, visiting conventions as well as advanced trainings for ourselves we constantly expand our network with free-lance trainers, consultant, and coaches. We complement each others knowledge:

Tom Kothe / psychologist: His competencies in the area of personnel and organizational development are leadership, team management, project management, communication, presentation, sales training, assessment and recruitment.

Christian Struck sociologist: His competencies are coaching and training in areas such as change processes, customer care management, customer-oriented communication and leadership.

Vivian Püschel / economist: She is an organizational consultant and systemic analyst, her competencies are leadership training and team building, consultation during chance and restructuring processes; conflict resolution.

Jan Laute / psychologist and psychotherapist: His competencies are corporate health promotion, e.g. anti-stress and return to work training, time management and communication training.

Catharina Sichert / psychologist: She works as a psychological expert and consultant to help clients with drug problems. She also conducts communication training.
